If you live within our practice area, and are not already registered with a neighbouring GP Practice, then you are welcome to register with us and our reception staff will be happy to guide you through the procedure.
Please note – we are not accepting registration requests from patients who are already registered with a GP practice in this area (i.e. Stow & Lauder, Eildon, Melrose or Greenlaw Medical Practice(s).
You will need to complete a registration form and a health questionnaire which will provide useful information whilst we wait for your medical records to arrive from your previous doctor.
All new patients are offered a health check with a member of the healthcare team to ensure that any required tests are up to date. If you are on any regular medication then you will need to see a GP before a prescription will be issued. Please ensure you have an adequate supply of medication from your previous practice as it may be a couple of weeks before you see a GP.
Medical treatment is available from the date of registration. Please contact reception for further information
